1. What Bona Fide is

Bona Fide helps you prepare for the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam: a practice-question bank, a full-length mock exam, a readiness estimate, and an AI tutor that explains questions you get wrong. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by FINRA. Using it is not a substitute for FINRA's own materials or for professional advice. By using the App you agree to these terms.

2. No promise of a passing result

No prep product can guarantee you will pass a real exam, and we do not. Our readiness score is an estimate based on your practice, not a prediction of your official result. FINRA lists an official SIE passing score of 70 on a scale of 0 to 100. Our practice readiness estimate is not FINRA's official scaled score. Your result depends on your own preparation and performance on exam day.

3. Subscription, billing and cancellation

Bona Fide Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Purchases and any refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

4. The study guarantee

If you subscribe to an annual plan, prepare with the app, sit the SIE exam, and do not pass, we keep your Bona Fide Pro access running free until you pass — up to a further year of access at no charge. This is not a cash refund (Apple handles refunds): it is continued access we provide directly, as a promotional entitlement. To qualify, register before your exam date while your subscription is active, then email us your FINRA result within 30 days of the exam. One claim per person; because we cannot verify results ourselves, we take your FINRA notice at face value. To register or claim, email hello@emdrflow.app.

5. Acceptable use

The questions, explanations, and content in Bona Fide are ours. Please don't copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute them. Don't use the App to break the law or to interfere with its operation or servers.

6. The AI tutor

The tutor is an automated aid that explains practice questions. It can be wrong or incomplete. Treat its answers as study help, not as authoritative regulatory guidance, and always defer to official FINRA materials.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Bona Fide is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
